Heart Lovin’ Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients

cup
extra virgin olive oil
(make sure cold-pressed)
1/3
cup
or fresh scallions
(beware of added fillers and preservatives)
1
tbsp
Dijon mustard
(or to taste)
1
tbsp
Honey
(raw is best)
1
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
fresh cracked
1/4
tsp
onion powder
or fresh scallions
1
clove
fresh garlic
pressed & minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Fresh herbs of choice to taste
(basil, cilantro, thyme..)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mason jar and close the lid tightly.
Shake the ingredients until well blended.
Drizzle 1-2 Tb(s) on your favourite salad to add a savoury heart-healthy nutritional punch.
