Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Defrost cauliflower rice.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Evenly divide among muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
Notes
Standard recipe makes 8 regular sized muffins or 16 mini muffin bites! Cooking time will need to be reduced for smaller muffin tin sizes.Source: Living Plate
