Hellooo! I’m Laura Tolosi!

If you’re not familiar with me yet, I am an integrative nutritionist/functional dietitian who is passionate about helping others thrive and live their best life through clean food, lifestyle choices, and amaaazing mindset makeovers!  My core philosophy centers around a holistic, personalized approach to health and healing, integrating whole foods, tailored supplementation and mind body modalities.

My goal with Thrive Body Program – Ten in 21, was to imagine an easy, care-free, first step program to empower YOU (yeah, you!) with the basic tools needed for a healthy lifestyle.
