Simple Salmon Bake with Broccoli
Ingredients

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove fresh garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix olive oil with ginger and garlic to form a paste. Spread over cleaned salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on oiled parchment paper on baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and is no longer opaque.
Notes
Add your favorite broccoli as a side dish. In a pinch, frozen broccoli is my go-to. I place the desired amount in a bowl, add a little sea salt, olive oil, mix, and then place in a single layer on a baking tray. I place this in the oven before the salmon, then after twenty minutes, turn the broccoli, and cook until golden browned and soft when pierced with a fork (usually another twenty minutes). This is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
