The Four “Staples” Every Woman Needs to Balance her Hormones

A woman’s hormones can sometimes be categorized as fragile since they go haywire when we are feeling sick, or stressing too much, and even if we maintain a bad diet. The side effects of our hormones going out of hand include getting acne, mood swings, random mental breakdowns, menstrual issues and much more.

But there is hope, scouts honor!

With the following support, women can easily keep their hormones balanced and maintain a mentally and physically healthy life.

  1. Collagen

    Everyone seems to love collagen and why would they not after knowing about all the benefits that it provides. Collagen is very high in protein and is typically found in powder form. It is a product of hydrolyzed collagen peptides which makes them easy to digest as compared to whey protein. If one consumes collagen each day, then they are most likely to suppress their appetite and increase their energy levels. It is also very beneficial for your skin as it makes it tight by strengthening the skin cells. This anti-inflammatory powder can be added to a variety of food options.

  2. Healthy snacks

    Some people are not big fans of full course meals but, instead, they love to constantly snack. If you are one of those people, then you know how snacking can get out of hand. Sometimes you just can’t stop. Snacking is hard to get rid of, and the only possible solution to this is to choose healthier and cleaner snacks. Try to avoid sweets, chips, and other junk foods. Basically, ditch the processed products! You can also make a healthier version of trail mix and snack on that. Fruits are also an excellent option for snacks if you are craving something sweet.

  3. MCT coconut oil

    MCT or Medium Chain Triglycerides coconut oil, helps increase metabolism and keep your brain healthy, among other things. You can add it to your food or your drinks. It will quadruple the ketone energy in your body and will also improve your immune system and digestion.

    Try adding coconut oil to your coffee with a little clarified butter and almond extract, and you have a killer healthy morning latte!

  4. Golden milk
