Golden Latte
Ingredients
Turmeric paste:
- ¼ tsp turmeric paste
- ¼ tsp ground pepper helps absorption
- ½ cup water
For the Latte:
- ½ tsp turmeric paste
- 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk canned
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1½ tsp coconut oil
- Raw honey to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- To make turmeric paste: Put above ingredients in pan, cook on medium heat for 7-9 minutes. Keep stored in a tightly sealed glass jar for up to one week in the refrigerator.
- Place turmeric paste, coconut milk, and ginger in a pan. Cook until steaming, not boiling. Remove from heat and add honey, coconut oil, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
